One year goal: Fit Punk

It is time for me to start visualizing my life. It is time to set some goals and make. Things. HAPPEN.

One year from now, May 1, 2014.

* I will run a 5k.
* I will weigh less than 150 pounds.
* I will be no more than a size 10. 
* I will do at least 15 push ups.

I'm going to start there. Seems simple and straightforward, and that's what I need.
